This is because it has an active agent which prevents spasms and keeps the nerves quiet and under control. It also supports the function of the bronchial tubes. The oil is very beneficial due to its detoxifying as well as anti-inflammatory effects. In fact, it has over 100 different nutrients which aid the human body in its different functions.   • Asthma and Coughing – This oil is very useful in making a person feel better when he has a respiratory disease. It can be applied on the back and chest and drops can be put in water and inhaled to alleviate the symptoms of the disease. It can also be mixed with tea or taken directly too to give best effects. It is very effective in any of the ways as when the oil reaches the throat and the nostrils, it makes you feel better.
  • Heart Disease – By taking the oil regularly, the heart can be kept in a good condition. It is being said that black seed oil can dissolve the fats and keep the arteries clear of blockages.
