A: First you need to paper-train the animal. Place newspaper by the door where she goes out as well as anywhere that she is peeing in the house.
Once she gets the newspaper wet inside, take the paper outside so that she knows that outside is where the pee belongs. Make sure to let her sniff it and let that scent settle in outside.
Take her out very routinely, as in every two hours or so. If she happens to pee outside, reward her with loads of praise and a special treat.
