A: Check your butter's freshness by cutting a small slice and the outside of the butter should be the same color as the inside. If the outside is a darker color than the inside the butter has oxidized.

A: If we keep butter under room temperature all night that will melt.If it is salted butter salt will act as preservative.If you keep butter outside more than one day it will smell bad and become spoil.It is better to keep butter in fridge.
