A: Go ahead and do it straight from the faucet whenever you want. it doesn't matter... is a dumb thing to say. In actuality, one gallon of standard tap water, in general, should set out for about 12 hours. Then shake with lid on to revitalize the water with Oxygen, and bam boom bang.

A: Yes, keep it in an open jug in the refridgerator and it will evaporate in 12-24 hours.
