A: They don't necessarily change companies all that much... it tends to be the lower guys who change company more often, looking for the "Holy Grail" answer to their financial problems. But when the rich dudes do change MLM's sometimes it's because another MLM pays them a lot of money to jump to their company! It's unfortunate, but that's how they work sometimes. That's why sometimes it's better to join under someone who isn't a millionaire guru, but is doing ok, because then they can devote more time to you and they aren't likely to jump companies.

It's true that there are some millionaires that bring their whole team to an MLM and then 6 months later bring their whole team to a new one, trying to pump as much money as they can out of them. However, these people tend to lose their following and their credibility pretty fast.

Erin- I don't know how long you have been in MLM, but my 40 yrs. of tracking pump and dump disagrees with your surmise.
1. Big hitters don't lose their credibility.
2. 99.5% of those who join MLM's either lose or make no profit.
3. I have checked out 100's of MLM resumes and most have at least 5 different companies in their past.
