A: If you are open to taking medication I would suggest Adipex or Phentermine. You take one pill a day in the morning and it surpresses your appetite all day long. I gained over 100 pounds with each one of my pregnancies and I lost all of my baby weight and more with this medication. It will cost about $30.00 to $40.00 dollars a month if it is prescribed by your doctor and if you order it online without a prescription it will cost about $270.00 for a three month supply.

A: I would NEVER ever suggest taking diet pills of any sort. Some may seem harmless, but most are in the long run. Sure, they will help you lose weight for the short term as they speed up metabolism. However, most people who have taken diet pills have gained all or more weight back when resuming their lifestyle prior to taking the pills. Also, by taking diet pills, you can burn out your thyroid and induce heart problems later on in life.

My suggestion would be to go with a clean diet and exercise regimen. A clean diet is one that is full of natural foods but full of nutrients. These do not include any pre-packaged, processed, or refined foods. The clean diet is a balanced diet that will maximize fat loss naturally. A balanced diet includes a protein, carbohydrate, and essential fat at every meal and snack.

As far as exercising, any activity you like will help you stick to it. If you haven't started already, I would suggest starting out with some form of cardio like walking or getting on a treadmill, elliptical, or r-bike. Start with 30 minutes 3 days per week. Then move to 5 days per week. After a couple of weeks of making this a habit, include some weight training exercises. Weights boost metabolism faster than cardio, and you will see nice toned muscles.

Losing weight isn't just about a better looking body. It's about a "healthy" body. A healthy body will help you live a healthy lifestyle forever.
