I had a caesarian last nov 24, 2009. on my next pregnancy i want a vaginal birth delivery. when is the right time to have an implantation again?

A: Since it has been more than a year since your last birth, you should be able to move forward with another pregnancy at any time.

In anticipation of this event, try to eat a healthy diet, sleep well at night and exercise at least five time per week for 30 minutes a time.

As for a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarian Section), you will need to speak with your obstetrician regarding this issue.
