A: Hi,

All relationships go through cycles which usually also includes break ups.

Breakups serve a purpose in a relationship's evolution.

The worst thing a person can do is fall apart after a break, why?

This will only cause spiral effect as you swirl around the drain of life, and as well all know, spirals pull other things ion with them...like everything good in your life for instance.

How did you find yourself swirling around the drain of life?

You pulled the plug. You let one set back make you give up on everything else.

Bad move.

I suggest you take this time to make yourself even stronger, everything happens for a "good" reason.

This is the beginning of your personal evolution, and the best way to kick off your personal evolution is by correctly using the no contact rule.

Not only will the no contact rule help you evolve past this break up, it will also reveal your ex boyfriend's true feelings for you.

You will survive this break up, and you will become stronger, but it is a choice.

Get your life back first, and then choose your next move as far as it concerns your ex, OK?

Everything in life is a choice, make the right one and choose getting your life back, not your ex.

Stay Strong and Positive!

A: You need to look forward and live for you. It sounds difficult but that is what you need to do.
