A: If you want to tell her how you feel, you should not come on to strong, meaning, you shouldn't say "i love you", especially if you don't know her feelings. You can try writing her a letter if you are too nervous. Tell her exactly how you feel, tell her you are friends, but you like her, you think she is wonderful, etc.. But you must also let her know, that if she doesn't love you, that it is okay, and that you understand (even if you don't). Be nice, and tell her nicely, not aggressively. Just tell her what you like about her, and that those things make you like her. She will appreciate a nice letter with compliments even if she isn't interested. Give it a shot, you'll never know what'll happen.
