A: I dont know how reliegious you are. But I went through the same thing, and was even engaged twice. Only to find it wasn God's plan for me. So I finally learned to trust Him and He will take care of it. I simply praye4d, "God, my relationships don't work because You were not at the forefront of them. If it is in You'r plan, not mine, for me to be with someone, then please send me that person, or reveal who they already are." And by doing that, being patient (believe me, that was tough), and trusting that God would provide for me, He truly blessed me! He showed me soneone who had been there all along, even all the way back to high school, and we're now about to be married :) Hope this could help you some. Just remember, whatever does or doesn happen, God had a reason for it, so trust Him on that. :)
