I was in a car accident in Michigan, the other driver was found at fault. I didn't have insurance due to financial difficulties. What are my rights, responsibilites & costs?

A: Unless your injuries were very big then you may not be entitled to anything except for your medical bills and the damages to your car. I suggest speaking to an attorney or reading some of the articles I have written for more information.
