I work at hotel so there is lot of sitting and not walking, i control my food intake all the time, but i just cannot get rid of my belly fat, i am sixty two please advise, i try to drink a lot of wate

A: You should try to get up and walk a bit at least hourly while you are working. Also, take the stairs instead of the elevator as this is great exercise.

If you sit at a desk, you can use free weights a few times per hour as well without even leaving your seat. You can also do arms lift, leg lifts and stomach crunches.
