A: You should try to get up and walk a bit at least hourly while you are working. Also, take the stairs instead of the elevator as this is great exercise.
If you sit at a desk, you can use free weights a few times per hour as well without even leaving your seat. You can also do arms lift, leg lifts and stomach crunches.
