A: PWISD (Possession With the Intent to Sell and Deliver) is the illegal possession of narcotics or other controlled agents with the purpose and intention to sell them.

There are several factors at play in your scenerio. First, do you have a 'real' prescription or simply an 'online' prescription, by some phantom physician? This will be key.

Klonopin (also referred to as Clonazepam) is used in the treatment of panic ttacks and also seizures. It is usually taken one to three times per day. While it is not legally nor technically a narcotic, it is often subject to abuse.

Simply having the medication does not make you a "dealer". Having said that, if you do not have the physician records to support owning this substance, then the authorities can become suspect.
