I'm skinny with neck & face fat! I'm 5'7"-5'9" (been a while since last height check). I can fit in size 3,5, or 7 jeans. I'm 16 & weigh 125 pounds, so are my neck & face chubby? How can I fix this?

A: I was gonna suggest something funny i saw on tv. it was this one excercise machine for ur neck but i dont believe its worth it. but you can try this.
1.Side tilt - You can do this exercise while sitting or standing. Sit up straight (or standing up straight) tilt your head to the left side. Do this slowly, and do not lean as far as you can go (your ear should not touch your shoulder). Hold the position for a count of ten. Slowly tilt your head back to the starting position, and then do the same thing on the right side. Repeat the tilt on each side 4 times.
2. Back and front tilt - Sitting or standing up straight, tilt your head back so that you can see above you. Hold that position for a couple seconds. Now return to your starting position. Repeat this 5-10 times.
3. Rotation - Keeping your body straight, turn your head to look to the left. Turn as far as you can, slowly. Return to the starting position. Now, slowly turn your head to the right side as far as you can. Return to the starting position, and then repeat 5-10 times.
4. Side resistance - This exercise can be done with a machine or with your hand. Hold the side of your head, and use your left hand as resistance as you try to do a side tilt to the left slowly. Repeat the same action on the right side.
5. Front resistance - This exercise can also be done with a machine or with your hand. Hold the front of your head, and use it as resistance as you try tilt your head to the front, slowly. Try for ten seconds, rest and try again.
6. Back resistance - This exercise can be done on a machine at the gym or using both hands. Interlace your fingers in the back of your head, and resist as you try to tilt your head back. Resist for 10 seconds, rest and try again.
