A: Some good questions to ask during an interview process would be asking about the companies history and who founded it although it is best to research this information prior to the interview. Questions relating more to the actual work you'll be doing can include; What type of programs they use and what type of programs you'll be working with. If there are any opportunities for advancement or working out of your field in other areas of the company. If they are more of a team oriented workspace or if it is more of individual work that you'll be assigned. Asking about the type of health care coverage and 401k plans can also assert that you are someone who is looking at their future and is looking for a long term job rather than a temporary one.
