A: The best business tools are anything that involves team building and team leadership. The more the members of a company feel that they are valued members of team, the more satisfied and productive they will be.

This means regular team meetings. This means rewarding good performance. This means helping out team members that maybe falling behind.

This means providing opportunity for advancement. This means operating with honesty and integrity. This means taking seriously all input from team members.
