A: Well I can only concur with the other comments. You must use more calories than you put in. Exercise is essential and if you are adverse to exercise then just a simple 15 minute a day WALK will do you some good. Make sure you walk fast enough to get you breathing rapidly but dont exhaust yourself. In just a few weeks you will notice a difference.
