I would suggest checking you keyword conversions in Google analytics, and see were the visitors are coming from.

The other thing your should check is to see where the visitors are bouncing from in your site, look for areas that are 50% and higher, but remember your contact us page should be a least 70% or higher because visitors always tend to leave the site, after contacting you.

Once you have found high bounce rates, then this is where you need to look at design and navigation.<

A: In your case, the copy is not the problem. It's your website design, this would not be taken seriously by any professional! Quality content must go hand in hand with a quality design.

A: Make sure your Title / Description (Meta Header Tags) are "sales savvy". You want to catch a "buying prospects" attention. You only have seconds to get them to visit your site. Maybe your site is getting lots of hits, but the hits are for non ROI generating keywords (check your tracking results)? Make sure you invest in SEO services to get keyword hits for prospective customers that are in a buying frame of mind. Your goal is to turn lookers into buyers on your site also. So do lots of sales messaging, offers, banner ads etc. to showcase your "deal" of the month etc. Additionally, have many "buy now" or "call now to get more info" type buttons. Even investing in an "Live Chat" button so clients can anonomously ask questions (without calling) can capture the "silent types" that might be visiting your website (could be 20% of prospects you are missing). Ask them to sign up for a raffle/contest (get their email address). Once and a while send them info on your company or offers or something interesting (e.g. a virtual Christmas card)- but don't spam.

Also you can always go back to the drawing board, and make your site more navigation friendly so it's easy to buy. I have many clients that need this help. Sometimes it's just reducing "clutter" on their websites.

A: You do not need to be discouraged, just keep reminding the people you already have in your data base that your products already exist. I have read a myriad research papers
of which simply emphasize on the value of consistency when it comes to online marketing.

A: J. Tanner is correct in that both Coke and Pepsi have used social media extensively in their recent marketing campaigns. However, I'd have to give Starbucks the title as the most innovative, and forward thinking company as to the use use social media. One example is their pioneering use of QR codes for making purchases directly off of the consumer's smart phones.
