A: Diet and Exercise is the best and safest way. Discipline in both diet and excercise can make a long way.

A: I found that eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3, helped me lose 50 pounds in 5 months and I kept it off. I only walked 4 times a week for 45 minutes each time.

A: Eat moderate, healthy meals. Fill a plate moderately and don't go back for seconds. Exercise daily. Avoid sugar, white flour, high fat, and eat plenty of vegetables. Half of the plate should be vegetables. One quarter protein and one quarter high quality carbs. I lost 100 pounds by doing this and kept it off. It may not go as fast as you will like but the weight will likely stay off.
