But there are a lot of things we can do to minimize brain busters threatning to slow our brain functions.
We can take care of ourselves by staying active, excersizing and giving our body elevated amounts of oxygen.

Eating nutritious food, and consuming the right amount of fruit and vegetable is another illar in preserving our health.

Proven Memory Techniques:

1.Story system - link all the items you need to remember into a story. A theme helps you conect all things in a logical way, which makes it easier ti remenber different items  Try linking the first item to the second item, then link the second item to the third item, and so on into a story.

2.Journey method (or Method of Loci). Associate items you need to remember with the places you are going to pass through. For example, connect the image of you entering the door to your home with an item you have to remember to do at home (Example:you enter the door and a huge washing machine falls on your head, reminding you to do the washing).

3.Chunking. If you're trying to remember a long list of numbers, try chunking or breaking down the numbers into several "chunks."
One good example is the chunking of a telephone number into three chunks.
For example 927-41-1848.
Remembering numbers in small chunks is much easier than memorizing all digits in one long number.

The more creative and detailed you are in applying these memory techniques, the more you protect your memory from brain busters and Deterioration.

The more you practice and use these brain rules, the faster and sharper your memory will become.

Of course, you also need to eat healthily and take in the right amount of memory vitamins and enzymes.
