Anti- Aging: How to Stop the Signs of Aging

Everyone in this world does not want to look or feel aged rather look young and glowing. The very thought of aging is a nightmare for all. So, are you looking for a way to slow down the signs and effects of aging and regain a more youthful skin and appearance? You’ve got to do an effective approach that combines a variety of treatment options, health practices customized for your needs.

There are, in fact, two distinct types of aging. Aging which are genetic, we inherit, are called intrinsic (internal) aging and the other known as extrinsic (external) aging and are caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to the sun’s rays. Intrinsic aging, also known as the natural aging process, is a continuous process that normally begins in mid-20s. Dead skin cells do not shed as quickly and turnover of new skin cells may decrease slightly. Genes control aging process. Some have their first gray hairs in their 20s; others do not see graying until their 40s.

A number of extrinsic, or external, factors often act together with the normal aging process to prematurely age our skin. Most premature aging is caused by sun exposure. Without protection from the sun’s rays, just a few minutes of exposure each day over the years can cause noticeable changes to the skin. Freckles, age spots, rough and leathery skin, fine wrinkles and skin cancer can all be traced to sun exposure. Photoaging occurs over a period of years. With repeated exposure to the sun, the skin loses the ability to repair itself, and the damage accumulates.  This has been seen due to ultra-violet (UV) rays. Skin also becomes loose, wrinkled, and leathery much earlier with unprotected exposure to sunlight.

The engineering approach of applying the new technologies of regenerative and genetic medicine, promises to dramatically extend healthy human life within the next few decades. You can only get a youthful skin through cosmetic cures in a “health club”. A health club is there for you to help you slow down your aging problems and look young and refreshing.
