Alcohol in moderate quantities isn't as harmful as tobacco is, unless there's strict recommendation against it from your doctor.

4.  STOP SMOKING!!
Smoking and drinking alchohol robs the body of its essential vitamins and mineral thus leaving you dehydrated and proned
to wrinkling conditions. Toxins from both are also expelled through the skin thus causing the aging effects.

5. Stress Free
Live by the 8 hour rule. 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work and 8 hours of relaxation each day but if you add more relaxation time the better.
