Keeping Your Neck Firm

Loose skin and deeply enriched wrinkles otherwise known as turkey neck or turkey chin is one of the most frustrating skin complications to treat. As we age our bodies naturally stop producing essential fibers like collagen and elastin which keep our skin tight and wrinkle free. Also caused by severe skin damage and obesity, loose skin around the neck can be unsightly and embarrassing for some people. Although there are other alternatives, most turn to surgical nips and tucks to erase loose skin, which let's face it, is not the safest or cheapest option. If you want to reduce turkey neck than consider using a neck cream designed to stimulated cellular regeneration and start doing any of the various necksercises that not only help to reduce loose skin but strengthening the muscles in the neck.

The best neck creams are always going to be free of any chemical additives or artificial perfumes in order to lessen the chances of irritation or complications. Some skin care companies have begun to combine plant based stem cells into their products, the idea being that the stem cells will help to promote new skin cells. Stem cells are essentially un-programmed cells that can effectively become whatever kind of cell they're applied to.

Another key ingredient to be found in the best neck creams is known as Matrixyl. Matrixyl is an all natural copper peptide based ingredient that penetrates to the DNA level of the skin in order to promote new collagen and elastin production; the very compounds that keep our skin looking young.

Even if you've found the best neck cream for you, there's nothing wrong with doing any of the multiple necksercises to maximize the potential of your neck cream. One such necksercise should be done as soon as you wake up in the morning. Start by standing tall and rotating you head slowly clockwise for about one to three minutes, once you start to feel the tension and knots being relieved from the night's rest, switch to counter clock wise for another couple minutes.

Next, tilt your head back and put your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put your bottom lip above your top and start moving your chin up and down. Feel that tightening? After you do this for about one or two minutes you should feel a significant difference under your chin. Some people may say that necksercises actually stretch the skin further, but in reality if you're doing them correctly the newly developed or enhanced muscles around your neck will cause the loose skin to form around it, therefore reducing loose skin.

Instead of going the surgical route and being subjected to invasive and painful surgery, consider the all natural option of an organic neck cream and a combination of various necksercises. Make sure that you don't overdo your necksercises as the bones and tissue in the neck are extremely fragile and could be damaged with excessive exercising. Always thoroughly do your research and make sure that you are purchasing the safest and best neck cream available.
