Natural Anti-aging Products For Sensitive Skin

What is the difference between natural skin care beauty products and synthetic ones? A lot! Natural skin care products usually will not cause itching, redness or rash on the outer layer of the skin like a synthetic one sometimes can do. If you’re like me, and periodically get eczema, then you know what I’m talking about.

It is very important that our skin has a chance to breathe and the ability to eliminate toxins. Caking our pores up with unnatural skin care products is very detrimental, not only to the skin but to the inside of our body as well. Anything you apply to your skin penetrates into the pores and into the bloodstream. Ask yourself, “Would I eat this?” If you answered no, then it probably is not a good idea to put it on your skin either.

Many unnatural beauty products can upset the skins natural balance causing many different types of skin problems. This is why two years ago I had to switch from using any products that were not natural. Here are some great natural skin care products that will produce results fairly quickly.

Pure Virgin Coconut Oil

I like applying this oil on my skin because it is natural and it refines my wrinkles a lot! Coconut oil is easily absorbed into the skin, regenerating new skin cell growth, which gives skin its beautiful complexion. It should be used on a consistent basis for best results. Coconut oil is a natural nourishing healer used by women all over the world, especially in tropical climates where coconuts grow abundantly.

Virgin coconut oil is a powerful antioxidant that fights free radicals because it is unrefined and has not been denatured by the refining process. For this reason it is an excellent oil for ingesting. Whether applying coconut oil directly to the skin or ingesting it internally, or both, it is one of the best healing and repairing oils there is. Use it in your cooking, on your skin, and even in your hair!

Eat Your Sprouts

How can eating sprouts be good for your skin? Sprouts have chlorophyll, a life-giving nutrient that is available in abundance in live green foods.  Alfalfa sprouts are loaded with just about every available vitamin and mineral known to man, except for protein. Mung beans sprouts have lots of protein! Incorporating both of these easy to grow sprouts would be very beneficial to body and skin health.

Eating foods that are still living, such as sprouts our body receives the best possible nutrition. Living foods feed, nourish and heal connective tissues of the skin rejuvenating cells under the skin to give a tighter, firmer, younger looking skin tone.

Green Tea, Horsetail, and Seaweed

Some of my favorite skin care products would be considered to be food. I drink a lot of green tea in the evening while watching TV. Green tea is known as one of the best anti-aging skin care products out there. This type of tea when applied to the skin reduces the signs of cellulite and wrinkles. The best way to apply it to the skin is through an herbal body wrap.

Green tea, along with horse chestnut, horsetail, and seaweed are some of the herbal ingredients in the body slimming wrap that you can apply on your skin anywhere you want to tighten, tone, reduce cellulite, and lose inches from fat under the skin. Most people that have used the body wrap are amazed by the results!

Tips For Wearing The Body Wrap

Take a hot shower first to open up pores

Drink lots of water before and after wearing the body wrap to help expel toxins

Rub in the remaining herbal lotion into your pores after taking off the body wrap

Eat a good daily diet along with using natural skin care products

Your Guide On Choosing the Best Firming Lotion

By: William Colbert | 07/01/2010
In the old films with Rita Hayworth, smoking was sexy although one wonders how we managed to see her beauty through those clouds of smoke. This reminds me of one of my colleagues who is a great beach fan and she is also a heavy smoker. As you can imagine, both of her habits have played havoc with her skin! Maybe it is too late for her to try the best firming lotion on the market to-day because her levels of collagen which kept her skin firm have been depleted by cigarette smoking.

Is Botanical Skin Care The Answer To My Skin Care Problem ?

By: William Colbert | 07/01/2010
The short answer to my question is 'yes'! But it is a qualified yes, of course, as we should be careful of the terms like organic/natural/botanical skin care which now abound on cosmetics labels. They are the preferred adjectives for many nutraceutical companies because they increase their profits. It is as simple as that.

Husband Is Instructed To Love Wife and Wife Instructed To Submit

By: Angie Lewis | 16/07/2009 | Marriage
If you want to have a happy marriage then don’t treat your marriage like everyone else does. Love in society is not the same kind of love that Jesus taught! If a husband doesn’t love his wife properly, in the ways taught by Christ, she in turn will not love (submit to) her husband.

Stop Being Abusive In Your Marriage And Be Assertive Instead

By: Angie Lewis | 10/07/2009 | Marriage
How can we stop being abusive with our spouse and be assertive instead? It’s easy once we learn a few simple communication techniques. When we are frustrated, disappointed, stressed, or angry what happens? We use our emotions in negative ways with our spouse. This causes a chain reaction and they become abusive back

Who Should Do A Colon Cleanse?

By: Angie Lewis | 07/07/2009 | Nutrition
The truth is the more we abuse our body the more likely we will need to clean it. We brush our teeth and we clean out our ears; we scrub our face and we clean out our noses; and we wash our hair until it shines, but we keep the intestinal tract dirty. Does that make sense to you? It makes sense when you see that people are more concerned about the outside of the body than the inside of the body.

5 Super Foods For a Healthy, Energetic Body

Alfalfa sprouts are super foods. They are packed with life-giving nutrients. Alfalfa sprouts taste good in salads and sandwiches. Some sprouts such as the wheat berry sprout can be mixed with dried fruit, and because of their nutty flavor, make it a perfect nutritious, energy filled snack. Tip: There is strong evidence to support that wheat grass juice (sprouts that have grown into grass) eaten daily while on a macrobiotic diet can prevent disease and heal certain cancers.

Why do we gain weight? We gain weight because we are eating more calories than we burn. There really is a more simple way to lose weight than to “go on a diet”. Dieting is no fun! Why deprive yourself of food or feel guilty for eating when you’re hungry? That’s not right! Reduced calorie diets don’t work.
