This smoothens out creases and wrinkles, giving the appearance of tighter and firmer skin. The cost of each injection ranges from $300 to $500, or even $1,000.

 

Microdermabrasion – The average price for each treatment is $1,200. A special wand is used to sandblast dead skin cells off the face, revealing smoother skin with a healthier glow. This procedure takes about 30 minutes to an hour, and there is no downtime required.

 

Thermage – This relatively new treatment was approved by FDA in 2002. It also uses a special device that is pressed onto areas of the skin. Thermage makes use of heating and cooling to help activate collagen layers beneath the skin, forming tighter and more toned skin. The average cost of this procedure is $2,000. This process can take as much as two hours, but normal activities can be resumed after.
