Many of you may have seen Kirstie Allsopp's new TV show on channel 4 called Kirstie's Home made Home. Kirstie Allsopp is obviously very passionate about interior design and making your house a home.

During the series we have seen how to make a print block, candles, curtains, patchwork cushions, knit a tea cosy, an envelope cushion and much, much more.
People from all over the UK really do seem to be joining Kirstie in the philosophy of making your house a home revolution. IACF, the organisers of the largest antique fairs in the UK, including the Ardingly fair or as Kirstie calls it her 'nirvana' of antique markets, have reported huge rises in attendance to all their fairs across the UK and thousands of hits to their website during and after the show.
judging by the amount of TV shows based on or located at antique fairs at the moment it would seem the industry as a whole is on the rise. As TV stations only make programs people actually watch. And many of these programs enjoy prime time slots proving that antiques are coming back into fashion.
