Blazing Angels is a World War 2 airplane fighting game. It recreates battles using airplanes flown during World War 2. You start out as a fighter plane trainee and work your way up to fighter ace destroying as many German fighters and troops as possible.
If you are looking for a great experience you should try this game in the PS3 version. The controller for this one allows for a better and much more real flying experience making the game much cooler.
If you like World War 2 weapons and tactics this is the game for you. There are twenty missions over all and you have to overcome many obstacles in order to reach your goals. The missions include everything from bombing to destroying German landmarks and tanks.
The sense of speed and effects are really cool in this game particularly. It also has a real arcade game feeling to it which is cool. You also have an unlimited amount of bullets for many of the missions.
Some missions can be complicated and difficult for casual gamers and some missions have to play over and over again to complete. The flying mechanic is fairly easy to get used to and is pretty straight forward. There are co-op modes and online play available for those who use those features. The sound is good with the music fitting most of the scenes well and helps with the tension and dramatics of the game. It is a fun game to play and can be picked up pretty cheap now.
