Endless Ocean is a unique games that is getting to be very popular. You can learn while also playing and exploring on it and you act as a scuba diver exploring the ocean from your boat.
To start out, you explore parts of the ocean that you pick out and then you go on to look for creatures in the sea. You find the animals and you make contact with them. After that step you move on to giving tours to tourists and get diving partners.
There is no danger of being eaten by a shark or stung by a stingray. All the animals are docile and there is nothing to be afraid of while diving. Of course, you may want to explain to little ones that you cant really pet wild sea creatures. After making contact with these animals, they are added to your log book and each time you meet them you can learn a little more either by pointing at them and pushing youre a button or reading about in the log. Eventually you meet a host of creatures and some of them you can make your friend and actually have them dive with you.
You can whistle to get the attention of the dolphin friends that you make and the music throughout the game is pretty cool. You can even play with friends online and dive together as partners which is really kind of cool. Also the controls really are easy to get the hang of.
This game is great for older players (although younger ones will like to explore the new creatures). The graphics are really cool and you will end up not wanting to stop playing once you start.
