Hookah Lounges are becoming very popular with people in their late teens and early twenties. At a hookah lounge, you can relax and socialize as you enjoy smoking your favorite flavor of shisha.
It is possible that you haven't been to a Hookah Lounge yet, and you are wondering what it is going to be like. If you are in a larger city, then I recommend that you do a search for local Hookah Lounges near you. If you can, get some reviews about them before you go because they can vary a lot. You hate one place, but then you might absolutely love another hookah bar.
Some of them will not allow you to go inside if you are under 21. The legal age to be in a Hookah Lounge in the US is 18, but since some places will serve alcohol they might have to up the age requirement depending on local laws.
When you go into the Hookah Lounge, you might want to start off by ordering two flavors. Because of the wide range of shisha brands (shisha is the name for the tobacco being smoked), one flavor like peach might sound very good, but it might not taste like what you imagined. I have noticed that after trying a few different flavors you get to see which one is your favorite. It is better if you go with multiple people when you go to the hookah lounge so you can split the cost up.
Some hookah lounges will charge you a flat cost to smoke out of the hookah, and other's will charge you per person. If they do charge per person, they usually give you a discount break the more people there are.
If it is your first time going to a hookah lounge, ask around and see where people like to go and what the atmosphere is like. Also ask them what are their recommended flavors to try!
