We've learned Emmy Rossum's husband has filed for divorce from the "Dragonball" actress -- less than two years after they secretly wed.

Justin Siegel filed the divorce docs on Friday in L.A. County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences. According to the docs, the couple was married in February of 2008.

Siegel's divorce petition, however, states that he and the Phantom of the Opera star tied the knot Feb. 17, 2008. Citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, he also wants Rossum, 23, to pay his legal expenses for the divorce and give him spousal support.

"Do you think Justin and Emmys Marriage was too Short DO you think they should have tried harder?"

YES

or

NO

According to the documents, Justin is requesting that Emmy pay for the cost of the divorce, and he wants spousal support. Boy, this guy is really riding the money train all the way to the end!

Guess it doesn’t matter if you have a private marriage, or display it for all the world to see. Hollywood marriages are just cursed! Maybe Khloe and Lamar can prove us all wrong.

“They lived together for more than two years. It was close to marriage and I don’t think she wanted to be tied down this early in her career, and though she’d never say that - that’s the reason for the split. Emmy’s really sad right now, it caught her by surprise.”

You can follow both Emmy on Twitter @emmyrossum, and Justin @justinsiegel and Just Jared @jaredeng.
