Zozo is an exclusive in the game in that arbitrary battles that can occur in the town. Citizens in Jidoor will notify the player that they observed a glowing form fly through the sky near Zozo, and that is somewhere Terra, who twisted into a magical being and dashed off after stirring minds with the unmoving Esper in Narshe, can be located.

Subsequent to Setzer, Celes, along with Edgar (and possibly Sabin) obtain the Falcon further than mothballs; Celes observes a carrier pigeon that takes a letter to Maranda. Lola, who has at present receiving letters as well as handmade silk flowers from her boyfriend in Mobliz, requests them to propel a letter by pigeon. The pigeon seizes the letter to Mount Zozo. So as to follow, they must buy Rust Rid from the sincere man, and struggle their way up the mountain to locate Cyan, who inscribes to Lola in the name of her dead boyfriend. He propels a last letter, possessing up to his pretense, and joins the set to struggle Kefka. He states that Gau came back to the Veldt.

Mount Zozo is the site of the Storm Dragon, one of the eight dragons that close the prevailing Esper Crusader (Jihad in the Japanese edition). Zozo's friends have not altered from the Planet of Balance, but Mount Zozo did, amongst other things, a stronger edition of the HadesGigas: Borras.
