Magibon - Does She Own Magibon.com?

There is a site with the domain name magibon.com that has caused confusion to many people. This is because it is scary and rather horrible, depicting a man who is stalking Magibon. The website content is tasteless and unattractive, and totally lacking in any artistic value. The entire content is just a poorly shot, badly directed short video.

The only reason anyone has watched it is because of the domain name, magibon.com, which has naturally led many people to believe that Magibon herself is connected with it, or is endorsing it in some way. Even though Magibon is so obviously nice, peaceful, and loving, and very unlikely to be involved with anything like that. But that name gives to the website, which is really just a sick joke, an air of being an official website.

This has caused many people to believe that Magi is involved in some kind of ulterior motive or design or advertising conspiracy, connected with some imagined Japanese horror movie or the like, which they feel gives the lie to what she does on her own YouTube video channel. It’s perfectly understandable that they might think that. The fault for their confusion is almost entirely that of the owner of the domain name magibon.com.

Luckily, there is an easy remedy to the situation. The owner of the website named magibon.com should immediately give the entire rights and control of the name to Magi. Note well that we do not say he should sell the rights to her, but he should give them to her. This would, in a small way, compensate for the trouble he has caused, not just to her, but to the many viewers who have been confused by it. We say that the domain magibon.com should by natural right belong to Magibon, and to no-one else.

At the very least, he should take down the content of the website, so it cannot be viewed. We believe strongly in free speech in general, but not when it is used for the purpose of spreading hatred and fear.

We have been told that there are ways of contacting the owner or the host of a particular domain. If this is true, then people should send them messages asking them to remove their unacceptable content, and/or give the domain name to Magibon so she can control it.

Such messages can be written in a peaceful way, but in an assertive, persistent way also.
