The current production of the Broadway musical is blessed with a most talented cast. As keeping with the attitudes of that day, there are those who question the commercial transfer of Hair. They wonder why someone would pay to see what was shown for free in the park. But the answer is clear; everybody doesn't live in New York. And even if they did, not everyone is able to make the show. Many see it as a heavy favorite for winning a Tony Award in the category of 'Best Revival of a Musical'. One thing for sure, this play, movie, and musical theater movie soundtrack, will be entertaining people for years to come. It's resilience has been proven, and it's future is sure.
