The total guide to using a Phantom Race Caller

The objective behind the phantom race call is that you run a horse racing function using some real pre-recorded races but using a live caller to call the current races as they show up on the screen. Obviously the races are not really "live" as you would need all the horses at a race track or to be in front of the TV whilst a race was on. If this was the case you would most likely just listen to the licensed race caller rather than doing this yourself.


Fantasize that you are having a Christmas party or a school fundraiser and your topic is A Night at the Races. If you have your own phantom race caller you are able to customize the horse names and race names to suit your own needs and really add that intimate touch to the event. You could list all the races as your business products, school curriculum or business territories. You could even use the main boss's names or the principal and workers names on the race card. Nearly all races these days are previous championed by a corporation name so as a matter of choice than listening to them call out Race figure 1, race number 2 etc you get the sponsor's name into the race details as every opening.
Once you have your list of race names it's time to get even more constructive and have the solitary horse names changed to build in some solitary personalities. When choosing racehorses the normal rule is that the name cannot be bigger than 18 characters. It cannot build in swear words, it cannot be a number or an exacting to utter word. Alliteration works very well as does having a sense of playfulness and being able to have some amusement when making up the names - just don't repulse anyone.

The form instructions should consist of some relevant facts about the races including, the race name and any sponsors. The names of the horses you have chosen, earlier 4 starts (form instructions) and jockey colours (so that you can support your horse in the crowd)

It's now time to get the races moving now that you have ended all your preparations. Make sure that your Phantom Race Caller has a microphone to call the races and that they can check out the screen to see the races whilst they speak out the race calls. If you have arranged extra bookies to take bets and prepare the payouts make sure they are equipped at the end of the race.
