For a brand new episode of the office which is entiteld "The Search" set to air on February 3, 2011 focuses on Jim gets an emergency phone call from Helene (Linda Purl), forcing him to leave Michael at a gas station bathroom. This leads Holly, Erin, and Dwight on a search for the whereabouts of Michael. A captioning contest starts in the office over Pam's artwork, which seems to offend Gabe. Yes, he was wrong to force vegetables down Kevin's throat or yell at Creed, but he realizes that he was wrong and immediately apologizes, and even goes further by helping Creed with his cartwheels. And it's the best minute of Office footage since the end of Season 3 when Jim picks Pam over Karen. His original cast of Jim, Dwight, Phyllis, and Stanley back out and The Nard Dog has to recruit a new team of mis-fits to host the seminar with him - Kevin, Ryan, and Creed.
Unsurprisingly, the seminar is lousy as Kevin nearly passes out after jogging around the conference room to "Crazy Train," then throws up every where (all while Jim, supposedly with a client but freaked out by seeing an old friend he insulted in the room, is seen in the parking lot kicking a rock). Creed - the keynote speaker - describes the Loch Ness Monster in human form and asks why everyone is there.

With help from Michael - working on a Greek accent with Holly the entire episode to help Andy look better and make the sale - and his mis-fits, Andy finally makes the sales (but nearly blows it by saying those that didn't buy any paper are dead to him and made the worst decision of their lives). When Michael, in accent, tells Holly she is the love of his life and they should kiss, Holly balks and returns to her desk. Another missed opportunity for Michael, but clearly we're getting closer to...something.

Initially broadcast on BBC Two on 9 July 2001, the show ran for fourteen episodes - two series of six, plus a two-part Christmas special. Gervais has announced he is starting work on a Chinese version of The Office. There is also a Swedish version in development.
