Tattoos were earlier thought to be for big and robust men but gradually with time tattooing has entered the mainstream of fashion and is now equally preferred by both the sexes. Tattoos have undergone several changes with time but the idea of having a permanent mark on the body still remains to be appealing to many people.

Since there are many spots on the human body that are popular for tattoos, ankle tattoos are gaining popularity recently. Though they are not as common as arm tattoos but are catching on as a major trend. Ankle tattoos are generally done on the extreme lower calf, all the way down to the anklebone. Those tattoos that are done higher on the leg, above the bony part of the ankle are less painful, and often can be larger in size than the tattoos that take place on the ankle and foot region. The procedure involves the use of needles and the person who will be undergoing the process of tattooing needs to complete his/her meal an hour before their appointment. This is followed to keep the blood sugar levels up so that it can be of great help if you are even a bit uncomfortable around needles.

An ankle tattoo can be small enough that it is not noticeable unless the person is very close and can be a tribal symbol, a floral arrangement or an initial. Whatever the design may be it depends on the individual’s choice thus reflecting a part of the personality of the person who has it. Many prefers tattooing small design because they are less painful and at the same time it allows them to carry something personal on their bodies always which cannot be located easily. Many women choose an ankle tat because of the fact that it can easily be shown or covered with just a quick change of clothing for instance with socks. Another more important point to be remembered is that because your ankle is at the end of an extremity, tattoos here may tend to bleed a bit more than in other areas of the body so do not get scare so avoid getting an ankle tattoo right before walking a long distance and elevate your leg in case of swelling irritation or bleeding.

Once you have decided on a design and coloring for your ankle tattoos you will want to visit a reputable establishment that perform safe tattoos. As soon as you get your tattoo done avoid sunlight, Salt water or chlorinated water for the first few days to keep the colors of the tattoo vibrant for years to come.

well ive lost a lot of weight over this summer so now im under weight not by a ton but idk i havent been doing anything to lose weight really but all the time im thinking about how much weight i could lose and like when i look in the mirror when i suck in and see my ribs for some reason i wish i were that skinny...i know its bad and i dont want an eating disorder but like idk :/ and instead of eating sometimes i fake im not hungry not skipping meals though like i just forget about it and i dont like eating in front of people so basically my conscious is sort of "helping" me lose this weight because im so afraid of gaining it oh btw im 14 about 5"4' and weigh 103.5
