Sometimes it's easy to create a scrapbook out of existing materials. You need to consider the season and occasion when patterning templates a scrapbook. Most scrapbooking supplies stores even sell stickers and die-cut items with a specific theme such as Halloween, Christmas, or Thanksgiving.

You can use a combination of blue and orange, for example, to highlight a photo, because these two colors complement each other.
