If you are active Internet user, you should have seen different animated avatars which people use in their profiles. Especially such feature became popular at MySpace. After seeing so many interesting and attractive avatars of other people you might have wanted to create something similar for your profile too.
Don’t be afraid that it is very difficult, everything is quiet easy. There are several ways of creating avatars. One way is to use freeware applications which are called Gimp and Movie Snapshot. Movie Snapshot is used to make a small video from those video files which you have on hard drive. The Gimp uses his video in order to create avatars.
Other variant is suitable for those who don’t want to spend time for making functions of Photoshop. This variant is called Meez. It is a website which is used to create avatars. These avatars are 3D figures which look very real and have plenty of possibilities to customize. You can use avatars made with Meez use any where in the Internet. Some people try to create avatars which are very similar to their real appearance; others want to create something different from reality.
You can use Meez without payments, and it is really wonderful to create avatars when the choice of options is almost endless.
It is allowed to have one avatar per account, but it is also allowed to have five versions of one avatar, which in fact means that you can create five different avatars. In order to use your avatar, you should choose the option “Export Meez” With this option you can save your avatar on your computer in JPEG format or there is other option which is called “Link”. With this option you can host your avatar for free on the Meez. Your avatar will get special code which can be used I order to put your image in your MySpace profile.
