Article marketing is one of the easiest ways to earn money online. It's also one of the most popular methods to start out marketing online, for a number of reasons:
- It doesn't cost anything but an investment of your time.
- It's easily accessible. You can literally work from anywhere in the world and can get started immediately!
Now, whether you're a beginner or an advanced article marketer, I'm going to give you 3 tips that will help blast your article traffic through the roof!
#1 - Write mind blowing headlines
This one should be obvious. Think about a newspaper, covered in a bazillion headlines. You scan across the paper, looking for headlines that catch your eye, and when they do, you jump right into the article. This is exactly how you need to model your articles. But, a killer headline isn't going to do it all for you - You need to back up that headline with amazing content, which brings me to #2.
#2 - Your content MUST be good
Your article will get ZERO traffic if it is not easily readable or easy to understand. You need to be able to keep the reader engaged from beginning to end, keeping it interesting along the way. Try and test different writing styles until you find one that you like and gets the most response from your readers.
You also need to make sure much of your content is based on fact or is very believable. Writing a bunch of jargon or nonsense isn't going to do anything more than make the reader click away from your article.
#3 - A resource box that attracts click-throughs
This is the big one here. Your resource box needs to be written in a way that sets the article off with a bang, almost making the reader feel as if they HAVE to click on through to your site, blog, etc. Making your resource box flow into your article naturally will increase your click-through rate, which will increase your overall traffic!
