How To Perform Article Marketing Research

Sometimes we make things harder then they really are, specially when it comes to writing network marketing articles. A lot of people thinks they have to write a perfect article the first time. This is a myth in the network marketing industry. No one writes like that, not even the professionals.

How to Get Ideas for an Article

Think of something to write about. How about teaching others what you already know. Most people don't know what you know about your business or the myths about your business. Take what you know and don't take it for granted; you can easily come up with 10 articles.

Consider these methods to get your creative minds flowing:

    * Ask Your Clients
     

If you are a business owner and already have clients, ask your client what information do they need. What are they currently working on? If you get any type of question, then it's time to write an article.

    * Mind Mapping
     

Putting your thoughts about your business down on paper. It doesn't have to be in any particular order. Once you have your thoughts down, look them over and rearrange them to create an article. If your thoughts cover more than one topic, divide them up to create multiple articles.

    * Listen to Training Videos or Audios
     

Find training on a topic that interests you. Take notes during the training session and use them as an outline for your article. (This is the method I used to write this article.)

    * What Do You Need to Learn Personally or Professionally
     

Either in the area of the your business or marketing to get to the next level; or an area of self development. Write the article so that you can grow and I know you will help others as well.

    * Use Other People's Articles to Jump Start Your Own Article
     

What do you think is missing in someone else's article? Rewrite the article (do not write word for word, you want to stay unique and original) and add what you feel was left out. Use your option on another person's article to create your own article.

    * Write About Something That Annoys You
     

You can write a good emotional article with writing about something that annoys you. For example; Spyware. One idea could be -- What if people who writes spyware and viruses could use their talent for something good; the world would be a better place. The annoyance may have nothing to do with your work from home company but it still has good information for an article.

    * Write a Review on Each of the Different Network Marketing Affiliate Programs
     

Write an article on affiliate programs and how they can benefit your reader's mlm business. You don't want to make it sound like a sale's pitch. Just write your option of the program.

Don't give your business away using lengthy articles. Cut it down and make 2 or 3 articles instead. For beginners, 450 words is good (If you submit your articles to Article Banks, you will usually be limited to only a 1,000 words). By using shorter articles, you can keep your reader's attention. The only purpose of an article is to give good information and get your reader's to click on a link you provide in your resource box.

Now that you know how to come up with ideas for your articles, put on your thinking cap and just do it. Once you start putting your ideas down on paper, you will be amazed how much information you have to offer people.
