How to write your articles at the speed of light ... almost!

Posted: Apr 26, 2010 |Comments: 0 |

How?

Firstly, there is no secret to it.

However there are laws of physics that apply!

When I started to write articles, I wrote to speed - super fast) - 20 words per minute. Now, I hit almost 50 words per minute.

Think about it for a second.

When I started writing articles I could write a maximum of 20 words times 60 minutes = 1200 words per hour. My articles have a length of about 400-500 words, so in one hour I could not write between 2 and 2 and a half articles. A true record of slow!

Also, when I began to write articles, I had to do much research to learn about the topics about which I wrote.

This now, at 50 words per minute, I can write 50 words times 60 minutes = 3,000 words per hour.

My articles are generally less than 300 words each, and I rarely do research.

This means that I can literally write 10 articles per hour! Yes you read correctly, as the saying goes "Practice makes it perfect", well I say that by writing more articles that became a machine to write Articles!

Keep these factors in mind:

1) The more you write articles, the more you gain speed typing in your word processing software.

2) The more you write articles, the less you'll need to research.

3) Write shorter articles (under 325 words).

The first few months you may need to write several hours a day to successfully produce 10 articles per day - or you meet from February to April articles per day for an hour.

And now? What can you do to write articles quickly - before the learning curve does his intrusion?

1) Write about things you already know. This will allow you to greatly reduce the period required for writing your articles.
Save your searches for the ebooks you write. Of course, if you start a new niche - you'll need to do research. But this is inseparable from learning a new subject.

2) Write an organized manner. Here's how I do it:

a) The first thing I do when I sit down to write is to make a list of topics I'll cover. For example, if I write 10 articles, write 10 ideas or topics that I cover.

b) Next, write a title for each of my 10 items.

c) Then I begin to write.

Finally a little quote that I just thought, or rather the magic formula that you expect: work + method = talent.

Follow this formula "magic" and you're becoming the new star of writing articles!
