1. Significance. The purpose and the reason why you are getting this software is relevant. Some of which may be for File organization. Make sure that the software you will be using has this capability. It is also important that content of what you are publishing is being saved.

2. Types. The software you will be getting should match and be compatible with your hardware. Ensure that all necessary components for the installation are found. You might want to check first for the requirements before getting one.

3. Features. User Friendly software such as site windows allowing you to locate all the files when somebody browses it is important. A good file management system will always be beneficial especially when you start downloading the contents of your website.

4. Benefits. Allowing saving the files, change settings, and permission to login anytime whenever there is a need to update the content is very important.

5. Considerations. Looking for newer versions can be very helpful. It might even let you save some money. You may also request for some discounts that may allow you to save a little.
