Writing Articles - How I Get My Articles Read

There is no point in creating articles if nobody is going to read them, and so it is very important that all my articles are read.

And the best way to do this is to prepare articles that are attention grabbing and of interest to all my readers.  You see, the more articles that get read, the more traffic you will generate and the more back links you will create to your website.  There is an art, however, to getting your articles read.

Here is a list of a few tricks that you can employ to ensure that your article is read by as many readers as possible.

1 - It is important that you include keywords or keyword phrases in the drafting of your titles.  When you create a title for your article, it should stand out to get more of a chance of being listed under the more popular keyword phrases.  You could do this by including popular and more sought-after keywords into the title of your article.

2 - Create good quality articles that are appealing using quality content.  You want your reader to click on to your article, and you want them to read through to the end where they will find your bio.  A reader will only stay with your article if it is interesting to them and they are able to learn something previously unknown.  So it is very important that you include snippets of fresh information in your articles.

3 - Keep their attention.  Use real-life situations or offer your reader plenty of benefits and features.  There must be something in it for your reader.  What will they achieve as a benefit of reading your article?  Teach them something.  Give away some free information.  Educate them.  So long as there is something in it for them, they will continue to read.

4 - Make your articles easy and clear to read by including bullets and numbers.  Numbered items make reading articles easier and more systematic.  Each point is then easier to remember and to digest.  When you are confronted with a list of items, it makes for more interesting reading.

5 - Make sure that you use nice, short sentences.  Make sure you use short, sharp sentences.  Long sentences are difficult to read, and your reader will just click away rather than try to decipher hard-to-read copy.  Leave plenty of white spaces between each paragraph.

When you create your article, when you create a good, quality article with appealing titles and interesting content, your reader will more than likely read to the end.  And the more readers that read to the end of your article, the more traffic you will generate.
