Long story short, my husband has an ex-wife in India. He gained his U.S. Citizenship through marrying me. His two children arrived here a little more than 2 years ago and shortly after, he moved out and filed for divorce. (This is a whole other story in itself) We were married 9 years at that time. He's been contemplating remarrying his ex-wife and plans to bring her to the U.S. so that she can be here with her children. Of course, I had a problem with this and didn't want to be any part of it. I believe he will try to accomplish this. What a kick in the teeth! Will this send a red flag up to immigration that he is remarrying his ex or will they fly under the radar? They have not seen one another, that I know of, in over 3 years. Will this affect applying for one of the K visas?
