Making predictions in astrology

The Lagna of a chart indicates inner soul of a person. All the other houses in a horoscope are the shape of physical appearance ,the soul  has to take in this Janma.The physical appearance of a body is more important to discharge the duties, fixed by planets for a native.

Therefore Lagna is also playing the role of GOD . This means that it gives instructions to mind ,so that the physical body discharges only the Karma ( actions), to be completed in this generation. But mind engaged in day to day activities will never know this secret transformation between soul and mind.Only as per instructions of soul and rather only dictates of inner soul, a person carries out actions.

This inner soul dictates based on whatever has been deposited (meaning actions ) into it by a person during his previous births. Therfore, after soul goes out of body, its cleansed to forget past things, so that, soul is left to dictate terms to mind in the present birth.

All the explanations given by me ,are due to the fact that, the ascendant of a person, is the base on which the body will travel in this Janma. Hence an astrologer should deeply study the Lagna and perhaps its is better to take more time to get a conclusion on Lagna.

The persons behaviour will be well known, if deep study is done and astrologer has to ensure whether the person is really, doing actions, behaving as per the dictates of Lagna (inner soul). Astrologer will also be able to see how the person will behave in future also, by taking into account the planets position in horoscope.  Here, it is also important to know thoroughly  the planets charactor, its natural behaviour etc.,. I assume that basic details on planets is well known.

Now let us come to the real assesment on Lagna. The lagna is fixed based on the movement of SUN on a particular date/day/place and  time of birth. This means that the soul becomes independant enough to start discharging its actions here, as per past deeds.The birth star will indicate the kind of mind will take during the course of this life.

The SUN is always called as Pithurkaraka  ( father) and MOON is called as Mathrukaraka (MOther). Birth of a life takes place  by a father and mother only.As you are aware Lagna denotes Innersoul and The house occupied by MOON (Birth star) denotes the likely way the mind will work. Astrologer should take into account these two aspect when going in for predictions. Because, if  Lagna (inner soul) and birth star (mind) are not positive enough, while predicting, astrologer should be able to advise accordingly.

In such cases, the actions of person will be wrong and later the same person will repent or say " why I did or act like that?". In one case, I happened to look into the chart of Murderer (  he was hanged by the court. The person is no more) It was a classic example of Lagna and birth star not at all cordial. The fact of the matter was the person's birth was intended to execute another person. Before his hanging, he sent several letters to his sons, recalling the events leading to murder, there he has mentioned that, "I was not exactly knowing what I was doing?" ,and he has asked as to 'why I did this?.  

Similarly I have been coming across many several thousand visitiors asking me as to why I have done such wrong things? and Why I talked like that?etc ., etc., . But all these things comes out only after the actions are perfomed. Here is the place where astrologer should be able to predict well in advance, provided if exact contradiction between Lagna (inner soul) and Mind (Birth star). Then, astrologer can advise not to do anything without proper application of mind.

I have been finding in many charts that ,contradictions between inner soul and Mind is predominant nowadays,and people repent after doing wrong actions.Also astrologers to note that, only advise to them is possible and because of their own past KARMA, nothing can be changed.

Infact many pandits life got doomed trying to undo many dangerous SINS committed, by adopting some rituals. Here is where astrologer has to be very careful while analysing and making things clear to the visitors. No one  has the right to undo sins committed and the person has to undergo punishment. This is GITA .

Though it may out of context, while explaining  about ATHMA, everyone in life will always touch the presence of ATHMA, as from one corner of mind, it will be preaching about worng things done by a person, then and there. When a person wants to lie to another person, his ATHMA wakes up and says it is wrong. Similarly, when a person takes bribe or do anything illegal/immoral, definitely, ATHMA will inform about it. These are the days,(KALIYUG), where due to total contadiction of Inner soul and Birth star, people adopt many methods to  gain money, but finally they are made to realise the mistakes later.
