When you first start out on internet marketing it can look daunting. After all, if you're like most people, you'll have no list, no products, no contacts and no joint venture partners.

The quality aspect of lists is very important. As Lee is fond of saying, "List size counts for squat." What he means is that you can buy thousands of names from a list broker, but the quality will be poor. By quality we mean that people on such lists are unlikely to buy much, if anything, from you. Purchased lists usually contain freebie seekers – they will have no knowledge of you or the products you are marketing.
