Mercedes-benz C-class Sells Over 300,000 Units
Mercedes-Benz announced that it has delivered more than 300,000 units of the new C-Class since its market launch. A total of 290,000 C-Class sedans where delivered since its launch in spring 2007, and 25,000 customers ended up buying the C-Class station wagon that was introduced in December. The tuning house announced their latest creation based on the Porsche 911 GT2 called the Gemballa Avalanche 600 GT2 EVO. Along with an aggressive sporty body conversion kit Gemballa added its power kit that boosts power to 600-hp along with a peak torque of 620 lb-ft. Rest to 60 comes in at 3.5 seconds with a top speed of 199mph.
