If you want to lose real weight you must follow a weight loss plan which includes a positive mind set, right diet, colon cleanse and the right amount of exercises. All above should go hand in hand if you are to have a long lasting weight loss
You may not see overnight results, but don't get disgruntled just stick around and hold on to your goal until you start to see even a slight change in your weight
If not the next time you are under heavy stress, just be aware of your eating patterns when you are having lunch or dinner. If you do that you will catch your self binge eating or eating more than normal at lunch or dinner. This is the normal pattern when some one is under stress.
