As Sierra Leone was known for her agricultural production, it is believed that she may still maintain her productivity if only Donor agencies and organisations can come together and buttress the country. It will also be good if organisations and government bodies can get farmers back on the land Transparency in the Management of Natural ResourcesGovernments of many developing countries often do not provide information about their revenues from natural resources which makes the end result a litany of corruption, social decay, increased poverty which can ultimately lead to state failure and the spread of instability across individual countries. The Sierra Leone Economic EraMembers of the Private and Public Sector are aware and concerned about the deteriorating economic situation in the country. This is severely affecting households and businesses. Although the Government is taken some measures to address the situation, the economic difficulties continue unabated. Corruption In African PoliticsIt is perhaps difficult to account for an authentic history of the African people prior to the colonial influence, but it is a common view held by many African historians that the concept of familiness was very much pervasive in the African culture prior to the advent of colonialism. Familiness is defined here as an African ideology which consciously or unconsciously required members of one family to extend a helping hand to members of other families in time of need. Violations of Basic Economic Rights in AfricaDespite the fight against hunger in Africa but there is still general concern about the violation of other economic right in Africa. Agriculture and trading are important but they do not necessarily guarantee good economic system in Africa.
