Aman Rajabali completed his graduation in Psychology from Fergusson College, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from IMDR, and holds the Masters degree in Personnel Management from IndSearch, University of Pune. He has had more than 13 years of extensive and in-depth experience in the field of Human Resource Management and recruitment services. Having worked with two organisations Ocean Agro India Ltd, and Maxworth Orchards India Ltd. in Baroda & Pune respectively; setting up and subsequently heading the HR functions, he moved to becoming an independent consultant specialising in the field of recruitment and executive search. He has successfully sought out and recruited several deserving professionals for an extremely wide range of companies spread over virtually every significant industry in the formal sector in India. Currently he manages Kabir Profile Solutions, a subsidiary of the Kabir Group that exclusively facilitates Human Resource Management functions for a whole host of industries, including the services & education segment; the primary thrust being in CONSULTING, EXECUTIVE SEARCH / RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING. He is also the Corporate Advisor, since 1995, to the Kabir Group (comprising of 3 companies in 2 locations with employee strength of over 110) providing guidance in the areas of Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Formulating Business & Expansion Plans. He is a Life Member & is also on the Executive Committee Board as Vice President of National HRD Network, Pune Chapter. He is a member of Rotary Club of Poona North. He is also a Life Member of National Institute of Personnel Management, Pune Chapter and of Pune Management Association affiliated to All India Management Association, New Delhi He is active in various management schools conducting sessions on interviews, group discussions, induction, and career & skills enhancement coaching workshops for postgraduate students.
